All levels of practitioners welcome. Come learn and practice some tips for mindful backbending. The class will start with pranayama, breathing techniques, leading into a warm up flow. Students will work through a progression of poses that will allow them to perform deep backbends safely, while at the same time challenge their limits.
This class will also have some Anahata/Heart chakra inspiration.
