Aroma Flow: Exploring Asana & Essential Oils

Join Stacey Orr, Founder/CEO of Stinky Yogi for an experiential journey of movement and the senses through a fluid, aromatic vinyasa class. Essential oils will be integrated throughout the practice, ending with an unforgettable savasana complete with both stones/crystals and oils. Before the practice begins, Stacey will lead a brief "essential oils 101" discussion and will provide each participant with a guide on mindfully using essential oils, on and off the mat.
