Sacred Frequencies Sound Meditation

Sacred Frequencies Sound Meditation Session combines vocal healing practices and live guided meditative sound to reduce stress, transform consciousness and help us tune into our inner and outer worlds to enhance creativity and engage the body's natural healing processes. Lynda will leading a vocal toning session and then play a variety of sacred sound instruments, textures and tones to take everyone on a journey through deep listening.
